Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Enoki Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Enoki Labs", "we", "us"), for your use of Lasa: the web app at app.lasa.money, the Lasa apps for iPhone and Mac, and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Lasa
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to access, and you are responsible for the information you provide being accurate.
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, and you may add two-step sign-in. Keep access to your email and authenticator secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at security@lasa.money if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. If you invite others to your household, they will be able to see and change your shared data, and you can remove them at any time.
3. What Lasa does, and doesn't
- Lasa is a tool for organizing and viewing your own financial information. It has read-only access to connected accounts and cannot move money, pay bills, or place trades.
- Lasa does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to make any financial decision. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
- Information in the Service may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Account data comes from your financial institutions through Plaid; market prices come from third-party data providers and may be delayed; home values are automated estimates, not appraisals. Always rely on your financial institution's official records.
4. Third-party services
Account connections are provided by Plaid Inc. By connecting an account, you authorize Enoki Labs and Plaid to access and transmit your information from your financial institutions on your behalf, and you agree to Plaid's processing of your information as described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for your financial institutions' availability.
5. Fees
Lasa is free to use while in beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't: access accounts or data that aren't yours; attempt to probe, scan or test the Service's security except as described on our Security page; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; use automated means to access it other than the apps we provide; or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the Service to you and the members of your household, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Our property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Enoki Labs and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Changes and ending the Service
We may change or discontinue features. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENOKI LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENOKI LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Enoki Labs against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and Enoki Labs consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date, and tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them to a successor. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Enoki Labs about the Service.
